Before setting up MCR Consulting the directors had all worked in consultancies of varying sizes and had often discussed what we felt was the ideal set-up for a Structural / Civil Engineering consultancy. MCR Consulting was established in 2005, with offices in Belfast and Derry, to provide the company we envisaged.
Run by four directors who oversee all projects, we work on projects of all sizes – domestic to multi-storey city centre developments, throughout the UK and Ireland. We have a dedicated Civils team providing a full range of Civils design services – storm and foul/ roadways and carparks/ SuDs. Our team has extensive experience in 3D modelling and BIM.
We have specialist knowledge of designing in precast concrete/ aluminium curtain walling/ offsite construction, we are ISO 9001 Certified and registered Certifiers of Design on SER scheme used in Scotland.
MCR Consulting is ideally placed to take on large complex projects with highly experienced staff using the most up to date design software. At the same time we are also able to be flexible in our approach, enabling us to tailor our services to the specific needs of all our clients, regardless of project scale or complexity.
At MCR Consulting, we have been able to build up an impressive in-house knowledge enabling us to tackle any project, ensuring we give even the smallest project the care and attention it deserves.
Since setting up in 2005, MCR Consulting has set about becoming the consultancy that we discussed and to date the feedback we have received from our clients has suggested that we are continuing to move in the right direction.
Some of the steps we have taken along the way.
Throughout we have endeavoured to provide a “user friendly service” ensuring that all our clients know that we have worked to help them achieve their vision for their project.
